Pricing Questions

The setup fee covers your onboarding: ICP definition, prospect list building, email infrastructure setup, messaging creation, and CRM integration. This is hands-on work that ensures your campaign launches strong. It's a one-time investment.
Outbound appointment setting requires time to build momentum. We need to build your prospect lists, test messaging, warm up email infrastructure, and optimize targeting. Three months gives us enough runway to deliver meaningful results and for your team to see real pipeline value. Most clients see strong ROI by month 2.
On Growth and Premium plans, if we exceed your guaranteed meeting count, there's a $150 per-meeting bonus for each additional meeting above the guarantee. This aligns our incentives — we make more when you get more meetings.
We accept credit card (via Stripe), ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer. Setup fee is due before work begins. Monthly retainer is billed on the 1st of each month, payable within 7 days.
